COURSE DESCRIPTION

Supervisory management staffs form the vital link between top management and the junior staff. In view for their importance and closeness to the junior staff , it is expedient that they have good working understanding of the art/science of management. This would equip them to perform their duties better and mobilise their subordinate to achieve their own tasks for the organizations’ benefit.
