OVERVIEW

Based on practical experience in the field, safety, health and comfort in the workplace (workplace safety) and leadership are inextricably linked. It can be said that the Safety & Health in the Workplace Begins with the Leadership. In this context, the commitment to maintain the safety, health and comfort of employees in the workplace / factory should also be the primary responsibility of each supervisor, team leader, foreman and manager. Statistics show that more than 95% of accidents and incidents in the workplace are the result of human action and behavior.
