Description

This two day intensive case study based training program is designed to facilitate the application of key project management based concepts in practice. The program shall entail the participants being broken up into a number of groups and to engage in a group based discussion in order to answer questions posed at the end of case study that has been specially designed for the training program.

After the group based discussion has been done, the team members in the group shall be required to make a presentation of their group discussion findings for the rest of the class. This presentation will be open to questions from the floor and comments from the rest of the class.

Objectives

On completion of the program, the participants will have a deeper understanding of project management principles that may be applied in real life when faced with reality on the ground.

By the end of the programs, the participant will be able to:

• Prepare a project requirement document
• Create a project work breakdown structure
