Fundamentals in Hydraulic Fracturing Design and Treatment
Description
This course covers the fundamental principles concerning how hydraulic fracturing treatments can be used to stimulate oil and gas wells. It includes discussions on how to use empirical and theoretical methods to drive future field development or individual well optimization. Different areas of fracturing will be discussed from Geomechanics/logs, diagnostic/measurement tools, engineering methods, operations, and modeling.

This course is intended for production and completion engineers, geologists, field operation staff, and economists who are familiar with the fracturing process and interested in advanced hydraulic fracturing design and treatment.
