Project Management: Case Study Based Project Management

Introduction

After the group based discussion has been done, the team members in the group shall be required to make a presentation of their group discussion findings for the rest of the class. This presentation will be open to questions from the floor and comments from the rest of the class.

Once all the comments have been made, the course facilitator shall comment on the presentations made in terms of relevance and adequacy in dealing with the issues raised in the case provided. The facilitator shall provide solutions to the questions posed so that the participants are able to learn what they could have done better to address the case study based situation indicated in the case study.

On completion of the program, the participants will have a deeper understanding of project management principles that may be applied in real life when faced with reality on the ground.
